Hungária-Ingatlankezelő Részvénytársaság, estab- lished with the reorganization of Danubius Hotels Rt., is responsible for managing the portfolio of real properties of the Group. With the determination of the real market value of the real properties, it is allowed to attain lease fees that are based on asset value and profit generation. In order to increase the portfolio of real properties, the Company performs trading in the assets in addition to its leasing activity. This may also mean the purchase of new hotel properties and perhaps the exploitation of a few real properties whose performance is below average in other ways.

Simultaneously with the economic development of Hungary, a significant boom could also be experienced in the real property market over the last decade. The Danubius Group wants to ensure the maximization of the value of its real assets in the long run by the establishment of the real property management company.
